Opportunity for Crafters !
I’d like to invite you all to the 2nd Annual Log House Craft Show scheduled for Saturday May 16th, 2009 from 9 AM – 4 PM in the Log House field in Kerr Park. We have a rain date of May 17th. The hours are a little later from 10:30 AM – 5 PM.
We are very excited this year because we are also celebrating Downingtown’s Sesquicentennial or 150th Anniversary. We are planning a parade and many other events to take place with the craft show like live music, awards presentations, dance groups and a time capsule opening. The parade will end right in Kerr Park to encourage the participants and those watching the parade to come into the park.
All proceeds benefit the Log House.
Table fees (space is 10 x 10) will remain $30 and checks made payable to: Downingtown Historical and Parks Commission.
We are asking that crafters supply their own tables and tents. Items should be Hand Crafted items only.
This is going to be a special year and we hope you can help us make this year’s craft show a wonderful event for Downingtown.
